Violet Vandal Edition

Features

The full catalog

Everything below is shipped and confirmed in-game. Mods toggle live through an in-game menu. No save editing, no file surgery.

Quality-of-life mods

An in-game LEVEL MODS / MOD OPTIONS menu, persisted through the engine's own flag system.

Skip Any Goal

Opens a scrollable list of the current level's real goals and lets you mark any of them complete. Works across every Classic Mode level, so one goal you cannot stand never blocks the rest of the game.

Disable Traffic

Turns off the cars that exist mainly to knock you off your board. Per-level toggles for Boston, Skatopia, and New Orleans.

Max All Stats

Fills the whole stat bar at once, so you can skate the levels the way a maxed-out save feels instead of grinding for it. A Set Stats submenu sits next to it if you would rather dial in each stat yourself.

Skip Tutorial and Cutscenes

Straight to skating, on a fresh save or a replay.

Balcony Respawn (New Orleans)

The Balcony Breaker goal normally costs you a full level reload every time you miss it. This retries it on the spot.

Skate on Sand (Australia)

The beach forces you off your board and into a walk. This keeps you skating across it.

Silence Seagulls (Australia)

Australia's seagulls squawk every single time they scatter. This mutes them and leaves the rest of the level's audio alone.

Gulls Need No Combo (Australia)

The seagull goal only counts birds you scare while you are holding a combo. Turn this on and every one of them counts, however you got it.

Keep Soundtrack (Berlin and New Orleans)

Both levels have zones that cut your music for scripted area audio. This leaves the soundtrack playing.

Disable NPC Nag

Silences the goal-giver call-outs while keeping the animations that go with them.

Silence Phone

Stops the story pager at the source, so there is no popup, no flash, and no buzz as you rack up points. The story itself plays out as normal.

Training tweaks

Free-Skate the whole level and unlock every goal.

Play as Violet Vandal

The edition's namesake ships as a selectable roster skater, built entirely from stock Create-A-Skater parts. Pick her on the Select Skater screen.

Feel & presentation

The parts that make it play like you remember, or better.

Console-faithful controller

Native analog binding, no third-party input tools. Correct trigger and shoulder behavior, including the two-button combos the PC port dropped.

Controller glyphs

Real Xbox / PlayStation / GameCube / Keyboard button art in trick text, switchable in-game. Steam Deck auto-picks Xbox.

Widescreen and ultrawide

It takes your desktop resolution as-is, so widescreen and ultrawide panels both work, with a proper FOV fix and our own HUD reposition on top.

HQ Xbox audio & video

Higher-quality music and cutscenes layered in.

Audio & streaming

Record or stream it without a DMCA headache. Mute the licensed soundtrack, or replace it.

Streaming Mode

A toggle in the in-game MOD OPTIONS menu that mutes the licensed soundtrack and leaves the rest of the game audible. Sound effects and dialog keep playing, so you lose the jukebox and nothing else.

Violet Vandal Radio

Rather than skate in silence, launch with the radio soundtrack and 29 royalty-free CC-BY tracks take the jukebox's place, retitled in game so the song names match what is playing.

Vertical capture

Launch with revert run --vertical and the game renders in portrait, with the HUD laid out for that shape rather than stretched across a landscape frame. Variants fill the frame or letterbox the cutscenes, and you can pin an exact resolution if your editor wants one.

Your own artwork

Put your art in the game: on the walls, on your skater, or both.

Clip-Art Studio

Open the graphical installer and drag an image in. You get your picture side by side with what the game will actually draw, so you can see how it survives being squeezed into a 64-pixel sprite before you commit to it. Choose whether it becomes a spray tag or a sticker, name it, and it is in. Everything you have added is listed with a button that takes it back out again.

Custom spray tags

Turn any image into a named Create-A-Graphic tag you load in game. Run revert tag on its own and it only shows you a preview, changing nothing; add --install when you are happy with it. Take it out later and the original clip-art comes back exactly as it was.

Custom stickers

The same for the wall-slap stickers you pick in Create-A-Skater. Point revert sticker at any image and it is resized and palettized for you. Tags and stickers share one pool of art slots and are handed out together, so two pieces of your art never land on the same slot.

Artwork survives a rebuild

Every image you import is kept as the source it came from, so rebuilding the edition reproduces your tags and stickers instead of resetting them. revert cag list shows what you have added and which slot each piece holds.

Skater renders

Reads a save file, pulls your created skater out of the game, and renders them on a clean background you can crop into a profile picture or a banner.
